The operating responsibility for the logistics in the MWW group to a large degree rests with the individual managers, while centrally supervised and managed by the MWW headquarters in Michigan.

MWW products that require assembly are centrally processed in the company’s 45,000 square foot main facility in Baroda, Michigan and shipped from there to the company’s customers. MWW is equipped to handle just-in-time shipping requirements by its large customers for either Single or Multipoint Distribution. MWW is electronically tied into the order/inventory logistics systems of its large customers to process shipments in an expedited and economical fashion. MWW bases its manufacturing, inventory levels and deliver schedules on the Advance Order Forecasting it receives from its customers.
