MARKETING WORLDWIDE CORPORATION MOVES
TO LARGE NEW HEADQUARTERS TO ACCOMMODATE EXPANDING OPERATIONS
HOWELL, Mich., December 21, 2006
– Marketing Worldwide Corporation (MWW) (OTCBB: MWWC), a “Direct-to-Port”
supplier of unique, one-stop automotive accessory programs serving
large US and Canadian port and vehicle processing centers, has completed
the move into its new headquarters in Howell, Michigan (greater Detroit
area). The 23,000-square-foot custom facility was acquired by the
principals of the company and custom-built for MWW to accommodate
the Company’s rapidly expanding operations.
MWW directly provides North American port and vehicle processing centers
with accessories designed and manufactured by MWW and customized for
foreign and domestic automobile manufacturers. The new headquarters,
located in a fast-growing business park with easy access to the I-96
highway, joins the Company’s expanded design, production, and
warehousing facilities with its technological support, sales and administration
departments. Regional MWW sales and support teams will continue to
operate from satellite offices throughout the U.S. and Germany to
support large MWW clients and business partners at their locations.

client roster, product lines and sales.”

manufacturer and wholesale supplier of high-quality, original equipment
manufacturer (OEM) components in the automotive accessory aftermarket.
The Company generates the majority of its revenue from the design,
manufacture and sale of automotive accessory programs for several
large North American Vehicle Processing Centers (VPCs) for Toyota
and KIA automobiles.
MWW's major customers are South East Toyota
Distributors, Inc., Gulf States Toyota, Inc., Toyota Canada, Inc.,
Toyota Motor Manufacturing Corp. in Canada and KIA Motors USA. In
addition to Toyota , MWW is expanding its accessory programs to
other global automobile brands such as Nissan, Hyundai and Honda.
MWW-manufactured automobile accessory products
are delivered to and installed directly at the domestic port-of-entry
locations and vehicle processing centers without the use of an intermediary
or wholesaler. From these centers, the fully accessorized automobiles
are then delivered into the domestic car dealer distribution system
throughout the continental United States and Canada. MWW product
categories include spoilers, stainless steel performance exhaust
systems, interior and exterior trim elements, lighting systems,
and seat heater systems, among others. These products are supported
by MWW with installation fixtures, comprehensive technical installation
training, instructions and warranty services that assure process
stability and consistent quality standards.
