Michael Winzkowski - Chairman
Mr. Winzkowski has been involved in the automotive industry for nearly 20 years. He has served as President and a member of the Board of Directors of Farmont Sunroofs, a company that was acquired by Inalfa Roof Systems, where he subsequently served as President/CEO of its global aftermarket business. Mr. Winzkowski has been instrumental in setting up automotive manufacturing facilities in the US and Southeast Asia.
Chuck Pinkerton - CEO
Charles A. Pinkerton, a skilled, hands-on and results oriented executive, brings over 35 years of experience in working with Fortune 500 Corporations within the Automotive, Petroleum, Retail and Construction arenas. Within these companies, Mr. Pinkerton has held the positions of Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Director of Business Development and Director of Operations, establishing relationships with companies such as Amoco, BP, Citgo, Sears, Federal Express, Caterpillar, Alcoa and others. During his position as President and CEO and Member of the Board of Directors of Kux Manufacturing Inc., a supplier of automotive products for the U.S. market, Charles created longstanding relationships with companies such as Ford, GM, Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Toyota, and many others. Mr. Pinkerton has extensive Private Equity experience and has authored white papers on IRS approved energy driven tax benefits.
Rainer Poertner - Senior Consultant
Mr. Poertner has a 22-year record of accomplishments in founding, leading and consulting with private and publicly traded companies in the USA and Europe. As founder, CEO, Chairman and majority shareholder of two publicly traded companies; he was responsible for managing the companies' financial, technical and business development and secured funding for acquisitions and corporate working capital purposes through a network of private investors and US and overseas investment banking firms.
Deborah Hallman - Accounting Manager
Ms. Hallman has 30 years of automotive experience, including 10 years of working for a successful OEM and aftermarket accessories manufacturer in a key management position. She worked in a managerial coordinating position directly with the COO of Skylite Sunroofs, a large supplier to the automotive aftermarket before joining Marketing Worldwide in 2003. At MWW, Ms. Hallman was in charge of MIS and engineering parts & BOM processing along with various accounting functions working directly for the CFO, and is currently holding the position of the chief accounting manager.
Craig Marvin – Procurement & Supplier Relations
Craig Marvin has been working with MWW since 2003 and is responsible for procurement, quoting and supplier relations since 2009. Mr. Marvin attended Ferris State University’s Automotive School and College of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business for Small Business and Entrepreneurship.
